If I am a big boss of a restaurant company...

I'd hire Dajie as my secretary because she's got effing good planning skills and memory.
I'd hire Peixian as my HR dept manager because she's good with people, plus she LOVES to talk, ALOT.
I'd hire Victoria to be Sales dept manager because she has sibei good networking with everyone.
I'd hire Yanyun to be Marketing dept manager because she got very good strategical planning. (but sibei lousy at HR)
I'd hire Zhongster to be my Restaurant manager because he is sibei particular about every minute details. (because he is a zhongjie)
I'd hire Joshua to be my sous chef executive chef because he is sibei fierce and particular with food when it comes to cooking!
I'd hire Weisheng to be my chief steward because you call him wash things he will orh. Obedient staff makes an easy working environment (provided he doesnt say he wan to go home becos he tired.)
I'd hire Eugene as my Staff welfare dept-in charge because he will plan many events for my hardworking staff.
I'd hire Wenhong to be my Shift leader because all the mosquitoes will run upon his sight and all the aunties will love his way of talking. (too sexy)
I'd hire Norman as my executive chef sous chef so he can peel potato, garlic, onion peeler or do all the sai kang cos he is sibei good at it, BY NOW.
I'd hire Nette to be my Pastry chef because she can take all her time to make me sibei good pastries and desserts HOHO.
I'd hire Shufen as my assistant RM because she will settle all my angry customers.
I'd hire Meiyi as my service staff because she whine a bit all the customers will "OK LA OK LA".
I'd hire Priscilla & Laiyin as my entertainer because their HAHA very loud. I think my customers will be sibei happy.
